Located in the center of the iconic Red Light District, the Big Ben Bar & Pub opened in 2022. It’s a cozy bar in the middle of Amsterdam’s bustling center where you can enjoy a drink and some food. Our kitchen is open during the full opening hours, so feel free to walk in anytime for lunch, dinner or a small bite. Meanwhile, you can keep up with the latest sports games as we screen all important international competitions in our bar. There is no need to make any reservations, also for groups!

At Big Ben Bar you find yourself in the middle of Amsterdam’s renowned Red Light District, next to its historic canals. Within walking distance from Central Station and close to famous locations like Dam Square, Nieuwmarkt and De Oude Kerk, it’s the perfect location for a drink, lunch or dinner.

We don’t work with reservations. Feel free to walk in anytime, also when you want to visit us with a big group.

Our bar is the perfect location for big groups. Feel free to come by for your birthday celebration or bachelor party. There is no need to make any reservations, just walk in and enjoy some drinks and a burger.

During opening hours, we screen all the important international sports competitions. Our tv screens are scattered throughout the bar. We show football, tennis, basketball, and many other world competitions.
